Oh, he wins. I love Malachi’s expressions. Cute as the girls are, I think he steals the scene!

I’m very glad you posted the not-so-posed pictures. For every one I get of Katherine sitting and looking in the right direction there are about ten of her on her way to falling over or chewing on something. At least they’re not fighting with each other . . .

We were going to do the same thing. Let Eban go out and get free candy, and dress up and have a good time. And NOT celebrate “Halloween” per say. Unfortunately, he had a bad two days of behavior, and we didn’t allow him to due to that. Phooey.

These photos make me chuckle! They are all definitely strong individuals!

How about reclaiming All Hallow’s Eve, All Saints Day, El Dia de los Muertes (Day of the Dead)? Still a little spooky but honoring the saints who’ve gone before… But I guess it might not be quite as fun for the little ones since there seems to be a shortage of Saint Ballerinas and Santa Poohs.

I am so sorry for your loss and grief. It is a hard thing to go through. Reading your story brought back so many painful memories from when we went through a very similar time twice, with 2 babies we lost years ago. Even yet, after all these years, at times it really hurts. God is always there, though, and you can lean on Him knowing He’s always the same loving, caring Father. We’ll be praying for you & yours as you continue to go through the grieving process.
